Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Roomcraft account and associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this: directly inside the app, or by sending us a request. Both routes result in the same deletion.

A.Delete in the app (recommended)

The quickest way to delete your account is from within Roomcraft:

1. Open Roomcraft on your device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

Because this action is permanent, we ask you to confirm before it proceeds. Once confirmed, your saved designs and account cannot be recovered.

B.Delete by request

If you cannot access the app, you can ask us to delete your account by email. Send a message to admin@elixirapps.xyz with the subject line “Delete my account”, from the email address associated with your account.

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before we can process the request — for example, by confirming you control the account email. We will never ask for your password.

What gets deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:

• Your account and profile / sign-in information;
• Your saved designs and generated images stored in your account;
• Your uploaded room photos stored in your account;
• Other personal data linked to your account that is not subject to a legal retention requirement.

What we may retain, and why

A limited amount of information may be kept after deletion where we are legally required or permitted to retain it. Specifically:

• Transaction & billing records — retained as required for tax, accounting and app-store compliance. Note that subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, and your payment details are held by them, not us.
• Aggregated, non-identifying analytics — data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained to understand overall app usage.
• Records needed for legal reasons — for example, to resolve disputes, prevent abuse or fraud, or comply with our legal obligations.

Any retained records are kept only for as long as necessary and are then deleted or fully anonymised.

How long it takes

Deletion is typically completed within 30 days of your confirmed request. Backup copies may persist for a short additional period before they are overwritten in the ordinary course of our backup cycle, after which they are permanently removed.

Before you delete

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel it — please also cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings to avoid further charges. If you would like to keep any of your designs, save or export them before you delete.
