Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Roomcraft app (“the App”), operated by Elixir Innovations LTD (“we”, “us”). By using Roomcraft you agree to these Terms.

The service

Roomcraft uses AI to generate redesign concepts from photos of your rooms. The results are computer-generated visualisations for inspiration only — they are not architectural, structural, or professional interior-design advice, and may not be accurate or buildable as shown.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for any activity under it. Sign-in is provided via Apple, Google, or email. Keep your credentials secure.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Roomcraft offers an auto-renewing subscription (“Pro”) with monthly and annual options.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your Apple ID or Google Play account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display those photos and the resulting designs solely to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload any photo you submit, and you will not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that depicts other people without their consent.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the App — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, abuse the generation service, or use it to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

Disclaimers

The App and AI-generated outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results will meet your expectations, be accurate, or be available uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Apple App Store

The following additional terms apply because you downloaded Roomcraft from the Apple App Store. To the extent they conflict with anything above, these terms control for the App Store version of the App.

  • These Terms are between you and us only. This agreement is concluded between you and Elixir Innovations LTD only, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for Roomcraft and its content.
  • Licence. The licence granted to you for Roomcraft is a non-transferable licence to use it on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
  • Maintenance and support. We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for Roomcraft. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
  • Warranty. We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If Roomcraft fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
  • Claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims you or a third party may have relating to Roomcraft or your use of it — including product-liability claims, any claim that the App fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar laws.
  • Intellectual property. If a third party claims that Roomcraft or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we (not Apple) will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
  • Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo (or designated as “terrorist-supporting”), and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Roomcraft.
  • Third-party beneficiary. You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that Apple has the right to enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
