Elixir — Website Privacy Policy

1.Who we are

Elixir is a product studio (Edinburgh · Remote). For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@elixirapps.xyz.

2.What we collect

Messages you send us. If you email us or use a contact link, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, so we can reply.
Basic analytics. We may collect aggregated, privacy-respecting usage data — such as pages visited, approximate region, browser and device type — to understand how the site is used and to improve it. This is not used to identify you personally.
Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard log data (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-site advertising.

3.Cookies

The site uses only the cookies or similar technologies needed to function and, where applicable, to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings; blocking them should not affect your ability to read the site.

4.How we use information

We use the limited information above to:

Respond to your enquiries and communicate with you;
Operate, secure and improve the site;
Comply with legal obligations.

Where required, our legal bases are your consent, our legitimate interests in running and improving the site, and performance of any correspondence you initiate.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site (such as hosting and analytics providers), bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, or where required by law. Some providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our records, and aggregated analytics for a limited period. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@elixirapps.xyz. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

The site is intended for a general, professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
