Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Elixir Innovations LTD (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Roomcraft mobile app (“the App”). By using Roomcraft you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — when you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, we receive your email address and (if provided) your name. Passwords for email sign-in are handled by our authentication provider; we never see them.
• Photos you upload — the room photos you choose to redesign, and the redesigned images we generate for you.
• Subscription status — whether you have an active subscription. We do not receive or store your payment-card details; those are handled by Apple or Google.
• Usage and device data — basic technical information needed to operate the App (e.g. app version, error logs).

How we use your information

• To provide the core service: generating redesigns from your photos and saving them to your library.
• To manage your account and authenticate you.
• To provide and verify your subscription and premium features.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the App.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share data only with the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf to run the App.

How your photos are processed

To generate a redesign, the photo you upload is sent to our AI image-processing provider (fal.ai) to produce the result. Any text you enter to guide a design (for example, a style choice or a refinement instruction like “add a wall light”) may also be sent to our AI text provider (Anthropic) to help interpret your request — your photos are never sent to Anthropic. Your photos and generated designs are stored privately in your account and are only accessible to you. We do not sell your photos or use them to train AI models.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to operate Roomcraft. They process data only as needed to provide their service to us:

• Supabase — account, database, and secure file storage (hosting infrastructure).
• fal.ai — AI image generation (processes your uploaded photos to create designs).
• Anthropic — AI text generation (processes the text prompts and instructions you enter, not your photos).
• RevenueCat — subscription management.
• Apple / Google — sign-in, and subscription payments (via the Apple App Store and Google Play).

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EU (e.g. in the United States) under appropriate safeguards.

Data retention

We keep your account information, photos, and designs while your account is active. You can delete individual spaces in the App at any time. When you delete your account (Settings → Delete account), your account and associated data — including your uploaded photos and generated designs — are permanently deleted.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can delete your account and data directly in the App, or contact us at the email below for any other request.

Children

Roomcraft is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, per-user data isolation) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
