1.How to get help

We are happy to help with anything related to Roomcraft — questions about how the app works, trouble generating a design, subscription and billing issues, bug reports, or privacy and data requests. The fastest way to reach us is by email:

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include your device model and operating-system version, the app version, a description of what happened, and screenshots if relevant. Please do not include passwords or payment card details in your message.

Expected response time

We aim to respond to every request within 2–3 business days. Complex issues may take a little longer, and we will keep you updated if so.

Billing & subscriptions

Subscriptions and purchases are managed by the app stores. You can view, change or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by the relevant store under its policies — see our Terms of Use for details.

How does Roomcraft work?

You take or upload a photo of a room and choose a style and room type. Roomcraft sends the image to our AI provider, which generates a redesigned version and returns it to you — usually within a few seconds.

Is Roomcraft free?

Roomcraft includes a number of free designs. Additional designs are available through an optional auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play.

What happens to my photos?

Your photos are used to generate your redesigns and are not sold or used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect, who processes it, and how long it is kept.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete your account and associated data from inside the app (Settings → Delete account), or by emailing us. See the Delete Account page for step-by-step instructions.

You can read exactly what we collect and how we use it in our Privacy Policy, and you can remove your account and data at any time via the Delete Account page. For privacy-specific requests, email admin@elixirapps.xyz.
